Reporting to Head of Operations, this role involves leading accounts for a portfolio of clients.

key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, building collaborative, flourishing relationships   
  • Deal with day-to-day issues that are client related  
  • Liaise and act as the link between internal departments such as digital, development, design and strategy 
  • Maintain client SLA agreements 
  • Be able to think strategically to develop client’s goals and targets 
  • Manage client reporting, client meetings and communications 
  • Work closely with internal teams developing effective ways-of-working 
  • Proactively update internal database with new contacts and key client updates 
  • Deliver all internal paperwork, policies and procedures to agreed deadlines and standards 

operational skills required

  • Highly organised with project management skills 
  • Timely and accurate delivery of work to the agency/client and suppliers 
  • High levels of competency in presentation, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to communicate confidently and succinctly to clients at the most senior level 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Demonstrate that you understand your client’s brand, objectives and that your work and behaviour reflect this

Location:Office based – We’re conveniently located on King Street in Manchester City Centre. Hours 9-5, (9-4 Friday) with flexibility.
